Intimate dining in The Cham Room
An intimate room that is named after the Cham ethnic group of Vietnam, who are known for their tile craft.
Thi has always been fascinated by the diversity of Cham cuisine, which has a complex history and palate influenced by Hindu roots that later saw a conversion to Islam and subsequent assimilation into a Confucian and Buddhist Vietnamese society.
The Cham Room sits 6 to 8 guests comfortably, 10 if we are happy to be familiar.
It features a long table with a partial view into the kitchen, and also welcomes natural light from the window that looks directly into our courtyard.
The Cham Room is an intimate room equally suitable for convivial celebrations, sealing deals, and meeting the parents.
Designed for gatherings that feel personal yet polished, the Cham Room offers the intimacy of a home dinner with the precision of a restaurant experience.
Our main dining room does what dining rooms do. You walk through it, then outside beneath the roof.
